Next, head through the formal living room and out to the enclosed front porch. The porch is the ideal place to visit with your loved ones while watching the world go by.

This level also has two generous bedrooms and a full bathroom with a shower-tub combo. 

Starting back at the sunken den, you can head upstairs where you will find the upper wing of Downtown Cottage. 

The upstairs kitchen is fully equipped for everything you would need for a meal at home. With the snack bar and adjacent dining area, this is a great place to hang out with everyone. 

Living space upstairs includes the spacious sunroom complete with flat-screen TV with Chromecast, a sectional sofa, and a day bed with a trundle for additional sleeping. There are doors that would close off this room for sound privacy for those sleeping in this space.

There are also two bedrooms on this level - the guest bedroom has a queen bed with an ensuite half bathroom. The master suite is huge! A comfortable king bed, walk-in closet, and ensuite full bathroom with soaking tub, separate shower, and washer/dryer. 

This home also has plenty of outside space to hang out. Tiered decking out back is complete with outdoor furniture with several seating areas and a fire pit for making s`mores in the evenings. 

Located in the heart of downtown Saugatuck, you`ll have everything at your fingertips.
