Thank you for your feed back, we did have a very unusual weather event that caused flooding throughout the Island during your stay. This is not a everyday occurrence for this property. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. Thank you so much for booking through Island Realty.

Yes the dunes are homes to many critters, (snakes, foxes, bunnies, turtles, dune rodents and coyotes) There are coyotes throughout the Island and living in the dunes along the ocean as well. It is important that dogs remain on leash. The dogs that have had coyote encounters are typically off leash. The Coyotes are active in the very early morning and at sunset. January to spring is there mating season and they are definitely more active. Thank you for booking with Island Realty.
