Great location for our needs

This was a great location for our family because we were close to our daughter's IVF doctor. There is a nice walking path behind the house that we enjoyed walking on every morning.

Best shower ever!

We loved the house. It was just lovely. It was super clean, open and bright. The master bath shower was the most amazing thing ever! The kitchen was perfect and the property owner was extremely prompt and responsive to any and all inquiries. We would stay again when we come to Phoenix.

Surprise Visit

We were there for a week for spring training and we love to be able to back to a relaxing home environment. It was quiet, even though there’s construction going on behind the house. The canal was a nice little attribute for an early evening or morning walk. Joe’s Diner was a fabulous little gem. The host gave us their number and if we had questions they were quick to respond.

Nice place

My family and I were visiting phoenix to attend TPC waste management. The weather was cold and wet the entire week which also put a damper on the overall experience. The home was nice, especially the kitchen. We found everything we needed for meals. We were disappointed to see that the den with the 3rd bed was not as pictured in the original listing on our arrival. When we contacted the owners, they said previous visitor broke the pull put couch and that there was an air mattress in the laundry room. I was dissatisfied with the fact we were not told this before check in and desired to be comped in some way for the inconvenience and discrepancy from the listing and actual accommodation. The owners reply was short and lacked any empathy for how i felt as the customer. We made the best of it, but I wouldn’t recommend or stay here again because of the "customer no service."

Awesome Accommodations

My family and I were extremely pleased with our stay. The teenagers enjoyed the back patio, the jacuzzi as well as exploring the community. I enjoyed preparing meals in the beautiful kitchen. The appliances were top of the line. I'm a Professional Chef and found the layout and the flow of the kitchen to be top notch. The photos posted online is an accurate representation of the property you will enjoy. I thoroughly enjoyed the swing, the fire pit and the overall property. The community was quiet, we enjoyed the walking path on the backside of the property. The art drawn on the walls were absolutely beautiful. If there is a need for my family and I to return to Phoenix, this will definitely be a space that we will look into for our stay. The location was phenomenal. There were a host of restaurants, and businesses within walking distance.
