Sleeps 10 and offers 6 dedicated work stations, making it perfect for family vacations, work trips or outings with colleagues. This property is walking distance to the Potomac River & near so many amazing parks, hiking trails and picnic areas. Stay for a few days or several months, and experience the "Live, Work, Play" lifestyle in Loudoun County!

The Space:
Need a place to hold a work retreat or team meeting? This property comes with extra conference chairs to fit your entire team. It has 6 separate work stations/desks for productivity and work before you head out to play. Also a perfect place to use as a home base as you explore the abundant outdoor activities near by or as you make the 30-45 min trip to DC to experience the museums and everything that our nations capital has to offer.

We LOVE Loudoun County! I gotta tell you, this location is the bee's knees! I mean, seriously, there is so much to do here! The community is super walkable, and the Potomac River is about a mile away. In Loudoun there are so many amazing options for the outdoor enthusiast. There are several parks with pavilions, picnic areas, and boat launches. Perfect for kayaking, stand-up paddle-boarding, swimming, fishing, or taking your boat out to the Potomac River!

And if you're into nature, Kincora Heron Nature Trail and Algonkian's Regional Park are just a couple of miles away, and Volcano Island Water Park is just a splash away! If you're in the mood for some entertainment, One Loudoun is right down the road with Alamo movie theater and plenty of amazing restaurants to choose from.

Oh, and wine lovers, listen up! Loudoun County is the Napa Valley of the East Coast, and you're just a hop, skip, and a jump away from 30+ fantastic wineries! Several Minor Issues to Consider

Overall our stay was okay and met the needs of our group while visiting the area. We did not address any of these issues with the property management during our stay as they were all minor issues that didn't seem worth escalating at the time. The check-in process was very easy and the home was easy to find. We arrived around 7pm and needed to get our little guy to bed. We quickly noted that several of the doors either stick, don't fully close or are very squeaky when being used. Not ideal when trying to be quiet. The next morning we noticed the floors were quite filthy after seeing several clumps of hair in various corners and then the bottom of our toddlers feet after just 30 minutes of running around and playing. They looked like he had been playing outside barefoot. I ended up purchasing a mop and cleaning the floors because our kiddo played on the floor quite a bit. Several of the spare towels had hair stuck to them so we ended up washing a load of towels to remove the hair. Each of the 4 bedrooms had tvs but one of the tvs didn't work. There was also at least one set of blinds that couldn't be lifted open. The airflow in half the house wasnt great. It did cool down with the use of the AC but it still felt stuffy especially if you closed the bedroom doors. The house was spacious and accommodated 4 adults, a teenager and a toddler. We didn't feel like we were tripping over each other and had plenty of room to hangout. The location was convenient too.
