The house was immaculate when we arrived. Everything looked and smelled so clean. Our host Jeff was always on board if we needed anything. We brought two boats this time. The dock was perfect for our set up. The pool was very nice very large and our children and our grandkids really enjoyed it. Kitchen was large and there wasn't one thing that we needed there. Everything was provided for us. All the beds were very comfortable linens very nice and the driveway was large enough for three large trucks and two trailers.

This is by far the best house that we have stayed at! Love that the pool is a regular pool and not micro sized. This helped to keep it cooler. The house is beautiful and very clean too. You won’t be disappointed with staying here

Our stay at this home for spring break with 2 families was absolutely perfect. We had 2 familes of 4 and the two master suites were so perfect for that, along with the other bedrooms and big beds, it really made our vacation very comfortable. The pool and hot tub were great, the grounds in the backyard were beautiful. The neighborhood was nice and felt very safe. The bikes were amazing to have and the house really had everything we needed for the week (beach chairs, some left back fishing poles, rafts, etc...). The communication with the hosts was great - they gave us some great tips for the area and made sure everything was as expected when we checked in. On the dock we saw a manatee a few times, a sting ray, and even a small shark one day - the teenagers thought that was great. We really enjoyed our stay in Marathon - it is the perfect city in the Florida Keys because it is kind of the middle of keys and you can easily get to so many other areas for day trips! Highly recommend!

The perfect property for a bigger family week

The house is in great shape and decorated very nicely. Pool is large and was the perfect temperature and if it’s not you can adjust it to your liking. The dock is first class with electric and fresh water, plenty of room for my 35 foot boat The host is in constant contact and willing to fix or get anything you need.

Incredible house!

What a beautiful home, well kept, spacious and truly had everything we needed. The home owner connected with us during our trip to ensure we had everything we needed and asked how our experience was so far. We have been to the keys for mini season year after year and this is the only house we have been very excited to book again. We are already booking again and can’t wait to enjoy the house for another yearly vacation!

This was our second year staying at this wonderful home. I can't think of a negative comment I could make. The owners have gone to great lengths to try and anticipate the needs of their guests. The communication with Jeff and Amber was excellent. You won't be disappointed if you chose to stay at this immaculate, well appointed, perfectly located home.

This beautiful home is exactly as advertised! Jeff, the Owner, called us the day of check in and explained all the different functions in the house and about the pool.
