The second floor has a southern facing balcony perfect for enjoying your favorite cocktail or a local favorite Orange Crush . There is also a large sunroom overlooking the water equipped with a shuffleboard table for the whole family to enjoy.

Just a few blocks to the beach and boardwalk while walkable to several attractions, shops, and dining options like Fishtales, Reel Inn, Franco's Pizza, Layton's, Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts, the World Famous White Marlin Open and more! The boardwalk has plenty of rides and attractions for the kids during the day like Trimpers and Jolly Rogers Amusement Park.
