This 6 plex is called our Beach Retreat @ Trinity House, very well maintained & loved. It is located on the coveted East side of Padre Blvd so your family doesn�t have to cross the busy main boulevard to get to the beach. Public beach access at the end off Gulf Blvd. This property doesn�t have a pool, but you came to the beach to go to the beach, right?

Pet friendly. Up to 2 dogs or birds. Fee extra is $75 per pet billed after booking is made

Walk to Caf� Karma, the local amazing Burrito spot, quick groceries at Island Market a couple blocks away, bars walkable are Kelly�s Irish Pub & Coral Reef. Other walkable restaurants are BurgerFi &. Wanna Wanna Beach Bar.

Trinity House is a nice, quiet family oriented complex you will enjoy the beach at with a value price. It does sleep 6 people too. If you have kids I can tell you they will be stoked when they see the FUN built in bunk beds

High Speed wifi/internet included. The living room has plenty of space for family games, and the small outdoor patio with table is just great for a morning coffee OR the UNBEATABLE evening sunsets with an unobstructed view of the bay.

We use electronic wifi locks for entry, on day of check in we can issue code once maids are thru. Official check in is 3 pm.

Other things to note
There are 2 drawbacks to our beach retreat is the 3rd floor walk up, there is no elevator. The nice part is you do get a clear view of the bay for sunsets. This complex does lack a pool, but for beach lovers or those here to fish, that may be insignificant. You will be happy with the condo inside :)

P.S. While this property has internet / Wi-Fi we cannot guarantee the speed nor the reliability as it is an island and the only provider is spectrum they are highly unreliable and it goes out a lot. Everywhere on the island is the same.

We require after booking is made completion of a docusign rental agreement as provided by the City of South Padre Island to maintain our short term rental permit. It is also required a photo of any State or Federally issued ID is attached to this digitally signed agreement to age verify.

Additionally any guests that are NOT 25 years of age or older are required to place down an additional $500 fully refundable damage deposit that is billed after booking is made.

Please do NOT book if you do not agree to complete the docusign OR if you are under 25 years of age and will not comply with the additional damage deposit requirement.
