It's a 10-minute drive to the nearby town of Tlacolula de Matamoros, and the incredible UNESCO city center of Oaxaca is 35-45 minutes away.
The property sits in an unincorporated cluster of just 3 other homes used mainly as weekend nature retreats. Your co-host, Fabian, lives a mile away if needed. An English teacher by trade, he is also available for pre-arranged tours of nearby archeological sites. Other family members also live nearby, but guests will have privacy, peace of mind, and the property to themselves.
