Come enjoy this beautiful home and its spacious lay out. This home feels like getting a much needed deep breath. Located in a park-like neighborhood with gorgeous foliage at the end of a quiet cul de sac. You may be surprised to find deer roaming about as you take an early morning stroll. Enjoy the beautiful outdoors on either of the upper or lower decks and then pamper yourself in an inviting master bath. This home feels like being in the countryside while being a quick drive to most attractions in Cedar Rapids or 30 minutes to Iowa City. We look forward to hosting you and your guests soon at Cobblestone Estate.

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood
This beautiful home was just as described. We had two families totaling eight people staying here as we gathered to attended a wedding. The beds were comfortable and the house was very well set up. It was also spotlessly clean and sanitized. Would definitely recommend this home!

Great location, awesome house for family gatherings
Overall, very happy with our stay. It's a multi-level home offering lots of common hang-out space, and an open kitchen, fire place etc. Bedrooms were spacious with super comfy beds, and were great for chill-out private time. Best of all, house is in great location near Bever Park, and conveniently close by family who we are visiting. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

Family stay for Celebration of Life
Lovely home, beautiful space! We were in town for a celebration of life with relatives. We enjoyed this beautiful home and the chance to be able to be together in both indoor and outdoor spaces. The long dining table was great! Outside, we enjoyed a family of deer who visited each evening.

Great Choice, Mom!
Cobblestone was the perfect setting for our "family time" getaway. The l-o-o-o-o-ng table in the dining area was wonderful for all of us to eat and chat together as one while we created memories! Outside of mealtimes, it served as an idea table for board games, card games, and snack times. A toy room, furnished with all things kiddos love, including a tiny tent and building blocks, helped entertain the wee ones. The hot tub was a hit also! Our host, Michelle, was so kind and helpful. We were surprised to learn before our arrival that she had breakfast basics stocked up for us! She even brought in a darling little youth bed for our youngest grandchild! When the family said, "Great choice, Mom!", I had to admit I had hit the jackpot, as Cobblestone, with its lovely open design and striking decor, was just what we were looking for! Thank you, Michelle. Family time at Cobblestone is now a sweet memory!

I am new to hosting. So far I love creating a space that people will enjoy. This is a great home. We moved because we wanted more space for our large family. We weren't wanting to sell so we saw an opportunity to share our home with others. I hope you enjoy your stay.

I love turning onto our street. I think it maybe a the prettiest street in the area. We have enjoyed the upper and lower decks. I love looking out from the front porch.

The home is in a safe area. There isn't any traffic at the bottom of a cul du sac. It's a beautiful home inside and out. There is enough space for the whole family to sit and have a meal together. The ceilings throughout the home are high. It has a spacious feel.
