Beautiful condo with everything you need while staying in your home away from home!Communication with host was easy , as well as check in process.You will not find a better set up, as condo building sits directly on family beach( no cars allowed) with a pool in addition to the ocean to enjoy!Will definitely visit again!

Booked the condo for a winter get-away and it was great for this. On the beach with a partial view of the ocean from the living room. The condo owner was outstanding in his communication with us. Arrival and departure was super easy. Good location with shopping, etc. nearby.

Place size is comfortable for a family of 4-6. Furniture requires updates and cleaning specially the living and dining room furniture. Location is great, it is right by the beach and close to shopping areas. View from the balcony is priceless. Communication with the host was great and received faster response for our request (one of them was the AC not working due to somehow the breaker was turned off). Overall was a good place to stay but I was expecting more honestly.

Joseph is a great host, kept us informed and is so kind. He informed us of what we needed to do to get in and what to do when we left. He is willing to be involved with every step of renting the condo.The only issue I have with the condo, is unfortunately the maid service he uses does not do a very good job of cleaning. My daughter and I dusted the bedrooms because there was a lot of dust on the furniture. Other than the issue with the dust, the place is wonderful, the people are friendly who live there, and are willing to help in anyway they can. The pool is clean and very close to the beach.We did enjoy the condo immensely and the people who are residents there.

Christine, Thank you for your review and your compliments. I have one question regarding the dust in the bedrooms. You did not inform me of this situation until the 5th day of your 7 days stay and you cleaned it yourself. Why did you do that? If you had informed me earlier, I would have sent the cleaning personnel to do it at my expense and the cleaners would be made aware of their shortcomings. Next time you rent a property, give the owner notice of any problems immediately and allow them to do their job. It will be a better outcome for both you and them.

Relaxing week at the beach

Clean and comfy. We would definitely stay again. Few things that weren't too clear from the listing that I think are worth mentioning, as I would have liked to of known them. The condo is on two levels with inside stairs. The two bedrooms and two bathrooms are upstairs. Living room, kitchen, half bath and balcony are as you walk into the condo. You are allowed one guaranteed parking spot. Generally when you rent a condo that sleeps six, you aren't driving one vehicle. There are visitors spots, but only about 7 or so and they are first come first served. Although we were able to work with the office on the parking, we still had times we had no where to park. At that point, you park at the Presbyterian church and walk about a mile. The laundry room is a condo wide pay per load (about $2 per wash/dry) situation. Overall the beach was pretty. The town had a lot to offer. The condo was clean. We would definitely stay again.
