Bring your furry friends along for the exciting vacation. They’ll enjoy and run around the spacious outdoor area while you relax in the hot tub. The pet fee allows up to 2 dogs. If you have more than 2 dogs, please feel free to inquire about exceptions or additional fees.

★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★
Heath, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for Oder removal, Duct Cleaning, and furniture cleaning.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Please respect the neighborhood and keep the noise volumes down, especially after 9 PM.

★ CANCELLATION ★
Should you choose to cancel your reservation, please note that we will adhere to the cancellation policy, and a refund will be promptly initiated. Kindly be aware of a 3% deduction to cover processing fees.

NO SMOKING ANYTHING inside or on the patio of the property. This includes marijuana and tobacco. No vaping. Any evidence of smoking is a $500 violation.

NO PARTYING OF ANY KIND (INSIDE OR OUTSIDE OF THE PROPERTY). This is a residential neighborhood that is quiet in the evenings. We love our neighbors and we hope you respect them. Noise level must be minimal from 9 PM - 7 AM. There is a noise level city ordinance, we do not want any complaints. Violation of this will result in termination of your reservation. We must respect the peace of the community. Thank you for your understanding.

Violation of noise ordinance and or tampering with security devices will result in immediate termination of reservation with no refund and will require an immediate departure from the home. Failure to comply will result in a minimum fine of $500 and additional legal action if necessary.

If it is available, early check-in is a charge of $25/for each additional hour (beyond the first hour).
Please reach out to us at least 48 hours in advance with this request.

Late check-out past 11 AM is unavailable to ensure the home is ready for the next guest. If a guest stays late, a $30 fee per additional hour will need to be charged.

Excessive cleaning if the place is left with trash everywhere: $100
