The location was excellent, easy access to the beach and walking distance to many restaurants and bars. The condo was cute but could have been cleaner on high touch surfaces like light switches and walls. Overall I would stay again for the price and location.

Great place very clean and near everything. The only thing was the 1/2 bath it would have been nice to have another full bath. But everything else was very nice and just as pictured, I would definitely stay here again. We loved everything about the condo.

Excellent location. Beach was very close and the pool was even closer. Plenty of sights to see and great places to eat that were all within walking distance. The unit was a perfect match.

Condo had all necessary provisions for a beach vacation, and was very clean. Location was perfect for our family of four with two young adults. Quick walk to great area of the beach and easy walk to Coligny Plaza and all of those shops and restaurants.

The condo is in a wonderful location on the beach and very close to shops and restaurants. The updated kitchen, living area, and bathrooms were beautiful and clean. The owner had excellent communication with me throughout my entire rental experience. I highly recommend this place for a wonderful Hilton Head vacation.

Great location, close to the beach and walkable to shops and restaurants. It was updated and very clean. Only con for us was that there’s not really a comfortable living room space. We have a toddler so we were back to the condo early in the evening to get her to bed. It’s a small area which was totally fine but the furniture was a little comfortable. In all other ways the space was perfect for what we needed and was very clean and well taken care of.

Luke was a great host! We appreciated the communication and timing of check in and check out. The condo was updated recently, clean, and perfect location for walking everywhere. We could easily walk to the beach and into town. The balcony furniture outside was comfortable for enjoying the ocean view.

Property was on the beach with a sun deck and lounge chairs further from the beach for free…chairs and umbrellas available for rent on the beach as well as chairs available in the unit. Coligny Plaza easy walk as well. Only down size was the couch as it wasn’t as comfy as it looked. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Luke responded to messages quickly. All in all great location great time
