Bienvenidos to this confortable beach front condo right on Costa Azul beach the views are Sea of Cortez to Palmilla point where surfers enjoy the best surf break around .

Master bedroom features a new king size bed , linens, towels and full bathroom.

The condo has all appliances in the kitchen and is fully equipped and ready for a wonderful vacation !

The decorations are influenced by the confort to enjoy the Sea of Cortez, lay out in the sectional living area with a 50” smart tv , incredible views , a nice dining area to share with your family and friends and balcony for some fresh margaritas or a coffee in the mornings!

La Mira Vista it's very safe for all the family .

The complex have a pool to enjoy and lounge areas around them , just few steps from the beach where you can use the sun beds or bring the chairs that we have available at the condo , also we provide beach towels and a cooler .

Awesome

This place was perfect for us. Location, size, comfort, kitchen (except knives were dull), view from balcony, beach, supplies, everything was awesome. Price was quite reasonable. We would stay there again.

Excellent view

Right on the beach with a lovely pool and fabulous view. The size of the appartment was sufficient for two people, parking was available. All essentials were there, BBQ, beach umbrella, folding chairs and additional towels were provided which was a nice touch. Unfortunately, we discovered laundry still in the dryer and the state of the washer prevented us from using it. No dishwasher and the TV was set up only for streaming so for those without any personal account (ie. Netflix, Prime) there was nothing to watch. Location of the appartment was not in a walking distance from any grocery store so a car was a must. There were four restaurants in the vicinity but we always drove the the central area.

Well appointed home away from home

This third floor walk-up met our needs perfectly for our extended stay. It was a spacious one bedroom with a well appointed kitchen and comfortable modern furnishings. The view from the unit is incredible and the pool was awesome. Met some nice owners and guests too which added to the enjoyment. Great location on Playa Azul to watch surfers. It is not what I would call a swimmable beach because of the drop off, but Playa Pamilla is a short drive away. Grocery and restaurants are nearby. Easy to get Uber into Cabo San Lucas or San Jose del Cabo. Highly recommend!

Nice clean and well stocked condo - Right on the beach!

This is a really nice, clean and well stocked condo, with beach access just outside a locked gate by the pool. The condo grounds are kept up really nice and the women in the unit next to this has a bunch of orchids spread out among the planter beds in the wakway - they were all blooming and it was really nice. Location couldn't be better as you will be a $7.00 (usd) Uber ride from downtown San Jose with all the shopping and great restaurants. You can tell that this unit was re-done recently and the owner has stocked it with better quality goods than I am used to finding in a typical vacation rental condo. Furniture is comfortable, there is a large TV and their internet is good quality even for streaming. There are even a couple of Tommy Bahama beach chairs, an umbrella and beach towels to use when you go enjoy the beach. Location is on one of the few swimmable beaches in the Los Cabos area though at times the waves still get a bit rough. We really enjoyed our time here with one exception - there was a LOT of construction noise from units being remodeled. We arrived on April 30th and unbeknown to us the condo rules allow remodel work to go from May 1st through Oct. Right at 8am on May1st the jackhammers started and they kept going through from 8am to 6pm daily. We didn't come to Cabo to sit in our condo but I do like to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning on the balcony looking at the great view but the construction noise took a lot of that enjoyment away from doing that.
