This Condo is located in the front of the L building with an open hallway overlooking office and sports amenities. Free equipment for these may be checked out in the office which also includes a lending library of books, puzzles and brochures. There are also excellent walking trails nearby and easily assessible. This oceanfront complex is full of fun with the only outdoor pool with a waterslide in Atlantic Beach. Other amenities include indoor pool, tennis & basketball courts, miniature golf and shuffleboard. Fun for the whole family!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cannon & Gruber are a top notch group. Property was as advertised. Owners obviously attempted to provide as much as possible but unit is a little overcrowded for me (only reason for 4 stars under general condition), again just my taste. Complex has undergone recent upgrades/improvements that are very well done. First time staying on 3rd floor, used elevator only for luggage (very nice).

Life is a beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Well I must say my experience was quite different than any I have had in the past.Everyone at Cannon & Gruber were very professional and courteous. My check in and out was an ABSOLUTE breeze with no hiccups whatsoever but I want to single out one person in particular and that was Vicki,who I believe is the property manager at G&B.She came to my rescue when the door knob to my unit accidentally broke off in my hand.I called C&B and she came,with screwdriver in hand,in less than 10 minutes.We could not repair it,however she called the maintenance man,Mike, and he had it repaired in under 5 minutes.They turned a disastrous day into a terrific day at the beach.They were both the epitome of Great Customer Service and in my book that is what keeps you coming back.Thank You for a Fantastic Vacation.
