Located in the midst of Asheville's creative district, our sleek two-story haven offers an exclusive Lower Level/Daylight Studio experience. As you enter, you'll be greeted by soaring ceilings and polished concrete floors that exude contemporary elegance. With its private ground-level entrance and carefully designed interiors, this studio invites you into a haven of comfort. (Upper unit has permanent tenant. Tenant does have an emotional support Morkie).

Indulge in a restful night's sleep on a Queen Bed, surrounded by an ambiance of tranquility. The stunning shower adds an extra touch of sophistication to your stay. A well-equipped kitchenette awaits, complete with a sink, microwave, mini fridge, and hotplate with pans, allowing you to savor your favorite meals at your leisure. For additional guests, a brand new Queen Sleeper Sofa with a comfortable Memory Foam cover ensures a delightful night's rest. We have also added a desk, for those who may need to do work activities while visiting.

To ensure privacy and exclusivity, a locked corridor separates the upper and lower levels, ensuring that each guest enjoys their own private sanctuary without interruption.
One dedicated parking space for your convenience. Other space is used by upstairs tenant. Please note that the paved driveway leads up a small hill, and is not for oversized vehicles. Should you have oversized vehicles or extra vehicles, ample street parking is available.

Check-in begins at 3 PM via lockbox, allowing you ample time to settle in and embrace the ambiance. When it's time to bid farewell, a leisurely checkout at 11 AM ensures a stress-free departure.
