Designer 3 bedroom, 2 bath home in a beautiful gated community, with attached 57' air- conditioned garage for your toys. It has a private backyard with 8-person SPA, large natural gas Weber grill, and a firepit table (propane). The large granite and stainless steel chef's kitchen has a gas stove and griddle and a huge island, open to dining and living spaces, perfect for gathering. The MASTER bedroom suite has an electronic bed with a variety of massage settings so you can sit yourself up comfortably to read or watch TV. The MASTER bath has a large double vanity, stone walk-in shower, separate private toilet and huge walk-in closet. The GUEST bedroom has an electronic queen bed also, and the GUEST bath has a tub/shower combo. The THIRD bedroom has a twin bed and desk. All showers have hand sprayers with a variety of settings and include soap, shampoo/ conditioner and freshly laundered robes. There are 4 TV's with NETFLIX and PRIME. And there are many Alexas throughout the house so you can enjoy music anywhere or everywhere at once. The air conditioning system is exceptional and keeps the entire house at the temp you choose. There are also remote controlled ceiling fans throughout the house. Free wi-fi. Indoor laundry room with washer/dryer (laundry soap provided).

Spacious and relaxing!

We enjoyed a full week stay at this house. The location and all the amities that were furnished made it feel like a home away from home. Best part was the garage! We were able to store the boat inside. We definitely recommend this property and hope to stay there again soon!

Amazing Vacay!!!

The home was beautiful, centrally located and more than pictured on the listing!! The owner, Lynn, is attentive to any needs and follows-up quickly!! This property is definitely on our list to return!

As depicted - very clean and comfortable

We had a great and comfortable stay. The owner communication was excellent, the house was exactly as depicted and absolutely spotless. It was tastefully decorated and had more of a 'home' like vibe than some VRBOs that 'feel' like a vacation rental. A few minor drawbacks to note: there is no king bed - the neighborhood (Desert Hills) is nice, friendly and quiet but a 15 minute drive into town (gets a little old during a long stay) - there are no dinnerware and the constant use of plastic plates takes away from the home like experience. We would recommend to family and friends. We would stay again if master bedroom is upgraded to a king bed.

I moved to Lake Havasu in 2021, best move I ever made! I enjoy taking my boat out on the lake and I love paddle boarding, as does my dog, Bella, who stands at the helm! My career is in investing, but my real passion for over 30 years has been renovating, designing, and decorating homes and landscapes. I currently live in another home in Lake Havasu which I am renovating and which I'll also be be renting out in 2025 - watch for it... it has a pool!

What's not to love about living in Lake Havasu City! The lake itself is so beautiful and seeing it and enjoying it never gets old! I chose this particular neighborhood because it is a private, beautiful, new gated community. Super nice people, as is the case all over Havasu. The house is less than 1 mile to a Walmart Supercenter with full grocery store, pharmacy and Subway inside. In that large shopping center is also a McDonalds, movie theatre, Dillard's, JC Penny , PetSmart, nail salon, beauty supply and lots of other stores and services and a gas station with a convenience store. Home Depot and Lowes are also right around the corner - my favorite stores because I DIY a lot. About 7 miles to the center of town: London Bridge, Rotary Park, beaches, and lots of bars and restaurants!

It's beauty! The spaces indoors and out are so pretty and calming, and all the amenities that the house offers make it renter favorite! Plus it is extremely clean and perfectly maintained. I have the best and most detail-oriented cleaning crew who know how to take care of my house! I also have weekly spa service to make sure the spa is always clean and the chemicals are balanced, as well as monthly pet-safe pest control service so no ants or spiders around! The heating cooling systems in house and garage are exceptional and are super quiet. It really feels like a home, not a rental.
