Welcome to our beautiful modern farmhouse! Whether you're looking for a peaceful retreat, skiing at Crystal Mountain, or a fun-filled family adventure, this is the perfect home for your next vacation.
As you step inside, you'll be greeted by the open living room, complete with comfortable seating and plenty of natural light. Soaking in the beautiful clawfoot tub is a must!
You'll be located in a quiet and picturesque area, just a short drive from local attractions and Lake Michigan.
This house is centrally located to many attractions in the area:
-Crystal Mountain: 12 minutes
-Crystal Lake: 2 minutes (just down the hill. Can walk there if desired)
-Frankfort: 12 Minutes
-Sleeping Bear Dunes: 20 minutes
-Traverse City: 45 minutes

This property is in a quiet area of town near the end of a dead end street. The neighborhood has a couple of other houses along the street, along with a small school (which is in its final year of operation), and the historic remnants of the old Benzonia High School from the 1950s.
Our entry door has a smart lock on it that will provide a unique code to you a few days before your stay. Enter the code and hit the check mark for the door to unlock. When you leave, tap the "Yale" circle at the top to lock it up.
There are many features that come with this place. As you saw in the photos, there is a clawfoot tub that is perfect for a nice long bath. Laundry (and supplies) are available for use.
This property has a front yard that you may use, and shed that is prohibited from guest entry.

Kitchen is stocked with: dishes, silverware, cups, mugs, wine glasses, pots/pans, kitchen utensils, dish soap/sponge, hand soap, garbage bags, fire extinguisher, cleaning solution, cleaning rags, kitchen hand towels, oven mitts, leftover containers, coffee pot, toaster, knives, cutting board, and coffee.
Bathroom is stocked with: hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, garbage bags, hair dryer, and first aid kit.
Mattress has mattress protector and pillows have pillow protectors that are washed between each stay to ensure CLEAN and SAFE sleeping quarters.
A personal vehicle or taxi service will likely be necessary to arrive at this property. Two bicycles are available for rent upon request. These can easily get you into the town of Benzonia and Beulah!
