The condo is across the street from the world-famous Flora-Bama, and just steps from the beach and a variety of great local dining options.

The bright, open interior comes furnished with all the modern comforts of home, and the private patio makes the perfect spot for morning coffee or afternoon cocktails. The kitchen features a full suite of stainless steel appliances for easy handling of home cooking, including a dishwasher for stress-free cleanup. After the day's adventures, unwind in the nautical-inspired living area. Additional perks include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.

THINGS TO KNOW
There is NO boat trailer parking onsite due to HOA restrictions. You will need to make offsite arrangements for trailer parking prior to arrival.
Streaming services are available with guests’ own account(s).

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Beautiful, clean and across the street from Flora Bama Bar
The host was wonderful. Communicated with me throughout my stay and if I needed them, they would be available. The condo was extremely clean. Bed very comfortable. The only small negative, and others mentioned it, are the walls are thin and one of my two nights there the neighbors were a bit loud. BUT, the airconditioner fan was on so it created enough white noise so it didn't bother us. ALSO there is a white noise machine in the bedroom, so utilize that! Across the street from Flora-Bama bar - excellent music and the food is really good too. The drinks are great - try their Bushwacker. It's a huge place - check it out. The beach is BEAUTIFUL and NOT CROWDED. You can walk through the Flora-Bama bar to get to the beach or there is beach access down the road about 1.2 miles away. I would not hesitate to stay at this condo if I were to return to Perdido Key.

Great location to Florabama
Loved walking to Florabama bar & restaurants. Only reason not 5 stars is the very thin walls. Everything else was perfect.
