Thank you so much for your kind words! We truly appreciate your five-star feedback and are so glad to hear that you found the unit cute and comfortable and that our communication made your stay even better—that means the world to us. Regarding the hot water, we did have our maintenance team go out and adjust the temperature to the highest setting possible. We’ve been managing in this complex for over 15 years and have never received a complaint about hot water in this unit, and we’ve confirmed there are no issues with the system. We appreciate you bringing it to our attention so we could double-check everything. We also understand that being in a lively beach area can sometimes come with a bit of nighttime activity, especially nearby entertainment. Thank you again for your thoughtful review and for staying with us. We truly hope to host you again soon! Safe travels and all the best, Melissa 🌊

Thank you Amanda for the lovely review! We're so glad you enjoyed the unit and found it just as pictured—clean, updated, and beautiful. We appreciate you choosing to stay with us and hope to welcome you back again! Happy travels, Melissa and the BOOKBEACH Team 🌴

Thank you Laura for sharing your experience! We're so glad to hear that your return to PCB was a great one and that the condo met your expectations. It’s wonderful to know you found everything clean and just like the photos. We appreciate your patience with the elevators—it's true that during busy times there can be a bit of a wait in larger buildings. We'd love to host you again for your next beach getaway! Happy travels, Melissa and the BOOKBEACH Team

Thank you for your feedback, and we’re glad you enjoyed the condo and location. Aqua 701 is one of the most beautiful and highest-rated properties in all of Panama City Beach, and this is the first complaint of this nature we’ve received for this unit. The floors were reported on your arrival day, and our team returned within about an hour to fully re-mop and refresh the entire space. At that point, some sand and foot traffic had already occurred, but we still completed a full re-clean to ensure everything was in great condition. We were not made aware of the bedding or couch concerns during your stay and truly wish we had known so we could have addressed those immediately. Please always reach out—we are just a call away and happy to resolve anything in real time. We want to reassure future guests that this property is maintained to the highest standards and consistently delivers a five-star experience. Thank you again, and we hope to host you again soon. 🌊

Thank you Tina for your 5 star review! Also, thank you for mentioning our teams quick response to any issues that arise. Our goal is to respond quickly so that guests can get back to relaxing and enjoying their stay at the beach. We will look into solving the issue with the stairs. Hope you will book with us again soon! Cheers and warm wishes, The BOOKBEACH Team.

Thank you for the awesome 5 STAR Review! We are so happy you found it to be clean and that you had the best of times with your family and friends! The bottom deadbolt lock has not worked since they built Aqua. None of them work as we have keyless entry systems now so you have to have a special unique code to enter the unit. We also have added a deadbolt security lock to the top of the door to give you extra security. All locks work including the keyless entry system and the extra deadbolt locking system to give you maximum security and safety. Aqua is super safe but having these extra and best security devices should give all the utmost comfort when vacationing. Please remember to reach out if you have any questions so we can answer these quickly for you! We hope you will visit with us again soon! Safe travels and thank you, Melissa and Your BOOKBEACH Team

Warm Wishes and Thank you! Melissa and Your BOOKBEACH Team
