This fully renovated vacation condo is the perfect choice for a family or a group of friends. Occupying the ground floor of the complex, guests have easy access to the spacious lanai-enclosed swimming pool and lounge area with a convenient side entrance close to off-street parking.

Surprisingly spacious for a condo residence and impeccably clean, the home's open floor plan and cool-toned, coastal décor inspire relaxation and good times—precisely what the doctor ordered. Fully updated with brand-new furnishings, the living area features a plush sofa and loveseat combo with a Smart TV entertainment center.

The kitchen is bright and inviting, with stainless steel appliances, lovely granite countertops, copious cabinets/storage space, and all the tools and gadgets one needs to feed the hungry masses. A country-style dining area is adjacent to a quaint private terrace, perfect for a morning cup of coffee or evening aperitif.

Two bedrooms and two baths ensure plenty of space for a family of four. The Master bedroom boasts an orthopedic Queen bed, high-quality linens, plenty of storage space, and an en-suite bath and walk-in shower. Bedroom two has two Twin beds and an adjacent bath with a walk-in shower.

Little Hickory Road is conveniently located in the heart of Bonita Springs, just down the road from the charming canals of Hickory Bay and a few blocks from Bonita Beach Road with its abundant choice of dining venues and shopping. It's also a straight shot to the powder-white sands of Barefoot Beach and Bonita Beach Park; both offer family-friendly amenities, a boardwalk and walking trails, and calm, crystal-clear waters.

To the north, along the Imperial River, visitors will find the artsier side of Bonita Springs. Funky boutique homes, art galleries, a bandshell with regular events, and eclectic dining venues provide authentic Florida charm, the final touch for a perfect vacation in paradise.
