As you enter, you will be greeted by gorgeous lighting in the hall and the primary bedroom perfectly placed to your left. Decorated with soft, coastal colors, you will love relaxing here! Enjoy a comfortable king bed, and a flat-screen TV in the primary bedroom. A shared bathroom has doors from master bedroom and the hall, with two separate vanity areas and shared walk-in shower. Further down the hall, you will find the twin-over-twin bunk beds that your kiddo's will love!

Enjoy jaw-dropping Gulf views as you approach the living room and kitchen! These are the absolute BEST views to wake up to each morning. Enjoy your cup of coffee on the balcony as you watch the sunrise on the mesmerizing Emerald Coast! A day at the Beach is just a few steps away, and you can come back to our fully stocked kitchen to prepare your favorite meals for lunch and dinner! The living room is truly the perfect place to relax after a day at the Beach! Unwind on our comfortable sleeper sofa, perfectly placed in front of the large flat screen TV! Your dining experience is elegantly situated around a granite island with seating for four! We even have additional seating on the balcony! Location, Location, Location! Crystal Sands Community is in the desirable Crystal Beach neighborhood. Quiet & Family friendly community with PRIVATE beach access with a brand-new walkway on beach side of building! Guests can choose to rent beach chairs & umbrellas from a local beach service exclusive for those at this beach access only. Shower off all the sand before coming back inside, with easily accessible outdoor showers right on the boardwalk. The community pool is on the front side of the building with lounge chairs to enjoy. There are BBQ grilling areas at each end of the boardwalk (4 total grills) which is great to grill steaks or burgers for the family! There is elevator & stairway access for guests.

Crystal Sands is also only minutes from great local restaurants, shopping and attractions. Including, Destin Commons Shopping, Publix, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, T-Shirt Shops, Big Kahunas Water Park, Go Cart Tracks and Bass Pro Shop! You could also head down to the Destin Harbor known as the Luckiest Fishing Village for additional nightlife, bars and quaint shops.

This property is stocked with a Starter Kit to get you through your first 24 hours. This includes two kitchen trash can liners, two dishwashing packets, mini shampoo, conditioner, lotion, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and one roll of paper towels. We supply a limited number of bath towels, washcloths, and hand towels that can be washed in the unit. We do not supply beach towels, seasonings/spices, or liquid dishwashing detergent. Guests will need to replenish supplies as needed for longer stays.

**Please note this is a No-Smoking unit and community. Also, due to the HOA Rules and Regulations we cannot accept animals of any kind in this unit**
