Way Way to expensive!
House needs work...thresholds rotting and french doors don't close properly.
Bathroom windows corrosion and don't open.
no supplies in kitchen...nothing to store in (not a single container with lid, 3 folding sandwich bags and enough saran wrap to cover half a small bowl!! Imagine having to go the grocery store to buy supplies for a house you rented for $1000/night! REALLY!!!!
My nightstand needed cleaning. Rest of house clean. HOt tub and back deck very nice.
Odd...no welcome letter or binder on what host would like us to do (eg leave the trash in or take it out...there are wild critters there so we opted to leave inside), No host contact info to reach him during our visit.
3 power outages in the 2 nights/1 day we were there. No flashlights - advise bringing one with you as the house is very isolated and dark when power is out.
VRBO will not allow me to post what we paid... it was very expensive!! While to view was beautiful, it was the only redeeming factor and not worth the price...
Please NOTE, 25% Of the charges were paid to VRBO!! hat's in addition to the charge for the location!!
Host communicated with me prior to visit. Tho I tried many times, I was unable to reach host thru VRBO and had no way to contact him directly. Not sure why VRBO communication does not work.
