This 3BR/2.5BA home features an inviting open floor plan, complete with a modern gas stove, sleek tile flooring, and premium amenities throughout. Enjoy the convenience of a main level owner suite, alongside a washer/dryer and a spacious 2-car garage. Thoughtfully equipped for your stay, it's just a short stroll to the beach for endless seaside enjoyment!

Contemporary design and modern furnishings set the stage for a range of activities, from morning coffee on the porch to shared meals and movie night, while a unique game table and pieces for chess, checkers and backgammon provide for friendly competition. Find your favorite streaming services on the 75” Samsung Smart TV, link your accounts and pick up where you left off with your favorite shows and movies. Most of all, we love Beachy Keen as a base for enjoying outdoor activities—from sunbathing to boogie boarding, cool morning walks and evening bike rides. (PLEASE NOTE: you may use any of this equipment at your own risk.)

Guest Access:
Instructions for arrival are emailed 5 days prior to arrival. Door code is sent the afternoon of your arrival.

This gorgeous home is located off of First Avenue in Fernandina Beach, FL on Amelia Island. This home resides in a charming neighborhood bustling with families. Nearby, renowned dining spots like Sliders, The Surf, and Sandbar await, while the ocean beckons just across Fletcher Avenue.

Getting Around:
Amelia Island, a picturesque beach town, offers various modes of transportation, including cars, golf carts, bikes, and scooters, catering to diverse preferences and ensuring convenient travel for all.

DEPOSIT INFORMATION
The $500 hold is collected upon the day of arrival and released 3 days after checkout, given there is no damage to the property
