Neighborhood Details:

Carolina Beach Lake is the front yard! It is a .7 mile loop great for walking, biking and birding. It has a an awesome new park including swings, paddle boats, and more!

We have views of the weekly summer CB firework show! A .2 mile walk to the friday night movie night in CB Lake Park and the weekly farmers market too!

.2 miles to the 'Lake Public Beach Access'.
.1 miles to the Veggie Wagon; a market that sells deli sandwiches, baked goods, coffee, wine & beer, ice cream and much more.

A .7 mile walk to the boardwalk safely along the lake and then directly on sidewalks. No need to deal with Carolina Beach road traffic or crossings.
