Aqua Resort 611 is a Gulf-front condo with two bedrooms and two baths accommodating up to eight. Recently refurbished, new paint, flooring, and furnishings only serve to enhance this stunning retreat. A spacious open-concept living/dining room offers cozy seating, a flat-screen TV, wrap around balcony, and stunning ocean views. Prepare coastal creations in the kitchen, fully equipped with modern appliances, cookware, and a wine refrigerator. Gather at the breakfast bar for morning coffee or challenge the kids to a board game at the dining table with seating for four. The large wrap-around balcony is complete with Adirondack chairs, as well as an additional table and chairs that is accessible from the living room and main bedroom. The views don't get much better than from the master suite, featuring a king-sized bed, flat-screen TV, and an en suite bath with a garden tub. Please note: All vehicles be registered at Aqua Resort and guests must register prior to their stay at www.aquaparking. A maximum of 2 vehicles per rental stay  and a $35 fee per vehicle is required. Parking passes must be displayed while parked in the Aqua parking deck.

Aqua Resort 611 is professionally managed by Scenic Stays and is best rented directly through our website. Parties, events, bachelor and bachelorette parties are strictly prohibited, and an adult chaperone must accompany guests under 25 throughout their stay. Smoking is strictly forbidden, and pets are unfortunately not welcome and subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Guests found in violation are subject to eviction with no refund.
