The location to Goat Island was great - only a one mile walk to the Falls. You can either walk down the level street to the bridge or across the street into the park and down 54 metal stairs to a nice scenic walk in the park. (I only mention the metal because some dogs are afraid of those.) The townhome was clean and comfortable, but without carpets you can hear every footstep when someone is upstairs. Communication with the property owners was easy. There was a nice surprise of some snacks, water and K cups. The designated parking spot is very close (300 feet away) and there is also parking on the street. My only complaint that, as someone who likes to go to sleep by 10:00, is that the traffic on the front street (single bed bedroom) is a loud and the back room with two beds- there is a lot of light coming in from the hotel parking lot right behind. For a “historic” neighborhood I was sad to see that if you went two blocks east there were a lot of boarded up homes and homeless people.
