Beautiful undiscovered Gulfport gem💎…Centrally located! …Just 6 minutes from Gulfport beach, 10 minutes from the nearest casino, 🎰 7 minutes from Highway 90, and close to Gulfports top restaurants, the mall, & city life! Super Walmart is just 5 minutes up the road for your meal prep convenience. You will see the details of decor with our swampy Alligator 🐊bedroom & bathroom that’s sure to please the kiddos, along with our beach master bedroom & bathroom that will catch the attention of the adults.
Our beach 🏝️ designed balcony with beautiful flowered lattice is a great place to enjoy a fresh cup of coffee with your family or friends, and the Cajun styled kitchen has all you’ll need to cook up a delicious dish.
Right as you enter the front door you will immediately feel the Mississippi vibe with our velvety green and Cajun designed living room & dinning area…And don’t worry about fighting over the bathroom… we have three of them that will surely please the ladies in the house! 👧 👧

There is a $40 fee for early check in’s, but only if the time requested is available (no more than 2 hours early). Dropping off personal belongings is considered an early checkin. Our maids need time to clean the property and sometimes they run a tight schedule.
Note that any tampering of the nest video will result in full deposit being lost. Front door video is to insure that maids get in to property to clean on time, as well as making sure our guests have no problem getting into the unit with the assigned access code. Anyone at the property is considered a guest, whether they spend the night, or not. Please be honest on your guest amount. A $300 security deposit will need to be paid within 72 hours. If property is claim free following your stay, then 85% of deposit will be returned to guest in 14 business days from date of checkout. Guest agrees that the 15% of deposit goes to host for a service fee that is charged to host by platform for use of deposit feature, as well as for management to conduct a walkthrough following guests departure. If more guests than what shows on booking are present, then full deposit may be lost. Guests are considered guests whether they spend the night or not. Absolutely no pets or smoking. Only 2 vehicle’s are allowed on property in 2 assigned stalls which are located directly in front of property. Host may ask guests to vacate before the end of their stay with no refund, and/or full deposit being lost if rules are not followed.

A little smell

Condo is cute as a button. Love the upbeat colors. Close too everything But next door neighbor smokes medicital pot. It rolls in to the condo. Yuck it stunk

No communication!

Talked to owner before check in. Once we checked in all my calls were blocked. We couldn't get the upstairs tv to work because needed a wifi password. Also she has rats!!! Woke up to find all my cereal and chips slung all over the kitchen! Rat poop everywhere! Next door neighbor's are cool at first but come begging for money! The house is nice and well stocked. Except for dish washing stuff but no biggie we bought our own. I wouldn't recommended staying here

Horrible

The entire condo smelled like weed when we got there. If we had anywhere else to go we would have. I immediately reported the smell and was told it was probably just the neighbor. Then 6 weeks later I realized I never got my security deposit back. I was never notified, I only realized on my bank statement. When I reached out to find out why I was told it was because we smoked in the house and they had to "ozone" clean the entire place. Worst place and Host I have ever dealt with!

Nice

It is a nice townhouse in Gulfport not too far from Edgewater Beach. It is conveniently located right by the Neighborhood market and several gas stations. We loved house cozy the place was and enjoyed our stay. The neighbors were friendly. Most are residents. We would definitely stay here again.

Adorable townhome was decorated beautifully and fully stocked with all your basic needs even seasoning for cooking. Quiet neighborhood and great location.
