Located near Island Park Reservoir, this home gives you the perfect opportunity to get out on the water, explore the hundreds of miles of trails or simply relax in this beautiful home and take in the views. One of the many perks of this gated community is access to their boat launch with vinyl docks, park, shelter and fire pit area right on the lake! You can rent snowmobiles or ATVs in town to adventure or take a slower approach and sit atop a horse for a tour of the area just 2 miles away! After a day full of fun, head back to the house and cook your favorite meals in our fully stocked kitchen and don't forget to leave time to relax in the brand new hot tub as well.

Henry's Lake for fishing, boating, and other water activities is about a 25 minute drive as well (depending on traffic).
~ GROCERIES: The nearest grocery store, Robins Roost, is about a 20 minute drive (depending on traffic)
