You'll find yourself within easy walking distance of a variety of bars, restaurants, and shops. A 10-minute drive will transport you to the Historic downtown area of St Augustine.

Oceanview Oasis: Step inside this secluded corner unit and be welcomed by your ocean view balcony. Located on the third floor, accessible via stairs or an elevator for your convenience.

As you enter, you'll find an inviting space that combines a full mini kitchen, complete with all the essentials, a cozy dining area with seating for two, and a comfortable living space. A queen-size Murphy bed adds flexibility to the main area, offering a convenient sleeping option.

On the opposite side of the unit, you'll discover a tranquil bedroom furnished with a queen-sized bed, ensuring a peaceful night's rest.

The house is fully available to guests. There are locked cabinets for the owner.

We understand accidents happen and kindly ask that you please notify us if any item breaks, doesn't work, or is soiled as soon as it happens. We want to ensure we can replace item(s) as soon as possible for you or the next guest. If the items are missing or broken the guest is responsible for the charge of any item(s). Primary renter must be present on all bookings.
