Incredibly close to Loveland Lake; there are plenty of outdoor activities including paddle boarding, kayaking, and fishing. Don't forget about the Devil's Backbone where you can enjoy a day hiking through the foothills enjoying scenic views of the Rocky Mountains.
With its Downtown Loveland adjacent location, you will find plenty of restaurants, art galleries, sculpture gardens, and shopping nearby. Craft beer lovers will be excited all the local breweries within walking distance of the home. Historic 4th Street has it all, but be sure to check out surrounding areas on 5th and 6th street for additional options like A.K.A. Kitchen and Rock Coast Brewery, Dark Heart Coffee, Tom Davis Saloon and MORE. Downtown Loveland is a short walk of about 5 minutes with bars, music venues, an outdoor theater and so much more.
