The living area boasts a stunning state-of-the-art kitchen, a spacious dining table, and a comfortable sectional for relaxing after a long day at the beach. Dine indoors or outdoors, with a small outdoor kitchen and grill located on the back deck.

On the first floor, you'll find the primary bedroom with a large en-suite bathroom featuring a zero entry shower. Additionally, there are two queen rooms that share a bathroom, and a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience.

The top floor includes a fourth bedroom with a queen bed, a full bath, and a second living area with a comfortable sleep sofa.

Finally, the ground floor has a foyer, elevator entrance that goes to all four floors, and a cute and spacious outdoor shower.

-All linens are there, towels are on the beds clean sheets, shams and comforters on the beds. All linens not considered EXTRA are found on the beds already

-IF you use any extra linens in the bunk room closet, you are responsible for washing them and putting them back in the closet (that goes for extra blankets too)

A separate security deposit for $850 and renters agreement will run through Ownerez after booking. This is a requirement to keep the booking. Renter making the booking must be at least 25 years old and provide proper identification along with renter agreement. With credit card matching name on license.
