We enjoyed a beautiful fall weekend at this property ( 5 adults and 2 dogs ). It was very comfortable and cozy as well as in a great location . We took some hikes and several walks down to Pea Porriage Pond area. Matthew was very responsive and we will definitely consider another stay in this lovely home!

We brought our dog and he loved running around in the yard. The house was located at the center of everything we wanted to do. It was so peaceful at the property. My husband and our dog took walks several times a day and enjoyed meeting the people around us.

We recently stayed here for 5 nights with two dogs. The house is really clean and comfortable and also very pet friendly. Lots of beds, lots of board games available, plenty of space for everyone to be together in one room. Nice deck with comfortable chairs and a large table. We felt very comfortable and welcome as soon as we walked in!

Peaceful but close to so much

The house is on a quiet street with a spectacular view. It is also close to many attractions. In addition the owners are responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay at this gem again.

Stars and sunrises, coffee and your dog!

Secluded, quiet location, yet a close distance to anything you might need. House is meticulous, well equipped and very comfortable. Just my husband and I, but certainly room for the whole family to enjoy.

Property exactly as described. Very comfortable. Beds and pillows extremely comfortable.Gave 3 stars for cleanliness because the house wasn't cleaned/prepared for our 4pm arrival. Contacted housekeeper who arranged for soneone to take care of issues right away. Also contacted host who refunded our cleaning fee. Interactions were friendly and efficient. If the house had been ready on time for us, everything would have been 5 stars.

Great Stay

We enjoyed out time at this property. Everything was clean and functional. There was plenty of space for the four of us. There was space for at least four more! Great downstairs for a separate space for kids. The wifi worked well. Beds were very comfy. Games galore, some vintage which brought back memories as a child. We truly enjoyed the festival at Tuckerman's Brewery which is only about 4 miles away. Great beer and pizza (regular and very unique ones as well) We had fun at Trivia night and actually won a $25 gift card. The leaves weren't as vibrant as last year but we enjoyed our time at your lovely home
