Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad to hear that you enjoyed the spaciousness of the property, the lovely pool, comfortable beds, and the convenient location near the beach and local restaurants. We’re very sorry to hear about your concerns. We aim to provide a comfortable and welcoming environment, and it’s clear we fell short in meeting your expectations. We are very sorry the remotes being attached made you feel as if we were worried that they would be stolen! We trust our guests and are happy to welcome them into our homes, but with so many people coming through, it is easy to lose a remote and we keep them attached in this home to make sure they are always easily accessible for our guests. Thank you for bringing these matters to our attention, as they help us improve for future stays. We hope that despite these challenges, you were able to enjoy your time on Anna Maria Island. Should you consider visiting again, we would love the opportunity to provide a much-improved experience.
