We are pet friendly! We welcome 1 dog to accompany your stay (non-shedding, less than 25lbs).

Windansea Beach is a close knit, quiet community that is only suitable for quieter groups.
We supply a starter pack of paper goods and cleaning products. This includes paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, multi-purpose spray, hand & dish soap, and shower sets.
Beach chairs and a beach umbrella are also provided for your use.
You must be at least 30 years old to rent this home. If all guests are adults, all guests must be over the age of 30, excluding families.

This rental is located in a high-density neighborhood with strict house rules and is only suitable for quieter groups. No tolerance policy exists for excessive noise, occupancy, parties, or smoking. Loved It

Came to La Jolla with significant other and loved our stay in this home. It was perfect for the two of us and we loved the decor, cleanliness, and location. It’s about a 1/2 block from Windansea Beach and you can get a glimpse of the ocean from the front patio. We’d get coffee and walk down to the beach every morning. We also walked to dinner at a couple different places and made the 30 minute walk to Bird Rock through some beautiful neighborhoods. We will stay here again in the future. It was an awesome spot.

Amazing

We had a beautiful time. The location is perfect. So close to beautiful sunsets over the water. The area is not too crowded. There is plenty to do near by. If you want a clean, comfortable, fun place to stay this is it. It's simply everything you need.

Comfortable cottage

We enjoyed staying in this cute cottage - it was nicely furnished, very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. We would love to return for a longer trip.
