Welcome to Hacienda Arcos Lower Residence! This fabulous high-end coastal property features a Spanish-style home walking distance to the famous Terramar Surfing Beach in Carlsbad. The entire home is two separate units, this page is to rent the downstairs unit. The upstairs unit is a minimum 30-day rental. Both units can be rented together for 30 days or greater (for a combination of five bedrooms).

Guests have private and exclusive access to the downstairs unit. Driveway parking is reserved for the upstairs unit. Guests staying in this unit can use the unreserved free public parking spots out front of the home. We have periodic servicing of the yard with a landscaper. The area is best accessed by private car, but ridesharing services are active in the area if you'd prefer to come without a car. This property is professionally managed by Haustay Vacation Rentals. Quiet hours outdoors start at 9PM outdoors to be respectful of neighbors. No parties are allowed. No pets allowed. Security Deposit Hold of $500.00 required prior to guest arrival.
