There are four bedrooms, each with a queen bed. There are two full bathrooms and one half bath. Large suburban feel with urban surroundings!

The large dining room table seats 8. The living room is comfortable with a large sectional sofa! The kitchen is modern and updated.

This is a very large home! Atlantic Station is known for high rises and townhouses, but there are a few little-known, single-family homes. This is one of them!

A 9th guest may sleep on the sofa.

Bathroom summary:
There are plenty of bathrooms for everyone. Here's a rundown of how it works!
Bathroom 1 (full): Is en-suite with the main floor master bedroom.
Bathroom 2 (half): Is also on the main floor, accessible by the living areas and the front bedroom. The guests in the front bedroom can shower in one of the other bathrooms.
Bathroom 3 (full): This bathroom will serve most of the guests but the great thing is that the toilet and shower are in a separate room, so one guest can be showering while the other one does her hair.

There is a large living/dining area with a large TV. There is a natural gas fireplace that is available during winter months only.

Guests will be able to use the driveway and the detached two-car garage.
There may be a guest in our studio apartment above the garage. This unit is a separate building with all of their own amenities and exterior entrance. This guest does not use the garage or walk through it. They walk up and down the driveway of the main house to access the studio garage apartment. Inquire if you would like to rent that space too, which sleeps 2.

Seasonal Fireplace: You will have access to the switch to turn the fireplace on and off. Use responsibly and turn off when not in use. The fireplace cannot be used for cooking or toasting marshmallows.

We like to hear from our guests during their stay through the VRBO messenger. Let us know how your stay is going! We can respond to problems fairly quickly.

The entire home is available at this house. As a big bonus, we also offer a garage. You can park two cars in the garage. As evidence of just completing set-up, you will see boxes in the garage.

Above the garage is a studio apartment (carriage house) that may be occupied during your stay. You are not likely to interact with this guest as their have their own exterior entrance and they are in a separate building from your main house.

There is plenty of street parking as well. We are on Atlantic Drive.

We are right on the border between Atlantic Station and Home Park. This location is fantastic because you can walk to Georgia Tech, or walk to one of the largest shopping areas in Atlanta. There is also a movie theater, performance arena, and green space. You won't need a car here! If you do need to go farther, Uber picks up here in about 3 minutes. Make sure you are waiting outside when you call the Uber.

The easiest way to reach this house is by car or Uber, but if you are able to walk 10 minutes - it is accessible via Marta with a transfer to the Atlantic Station shuttle. Inquire for more details about transportation. The host is very familiar with the area.

• Check-in is at 4 p.m. ET or later. Early check-ins between noon and 4 p.m. can be reserved, as available in advance, for $50. Super early check-ins between 7 a.m. and noon will be $90. Please ask for availability.

• Check-out is at 11 a.m. ET. A late check-out can be arranged at least three days before check-out. A $50 charge will cover a check-out at 1 p.m. and are subject to availability. A $125 charge will cover a check-out by 4 p.m. It is worth it to have a leisurely morning! We will have a few check-out instructions for you including taking your trash and recycling to the driveway cans. We can take care of that for you for a $49 trash take-out fee.

• Free street parking is available to guests 24/7. We also offer a garage where you can park 2 cars. We do have 2 new dining tables and those are sturdy!

• Congratulations! You found it! Incorporate the words "At the Station" into your booking request or inquiry. Studies show that if you know what to expect you will have a better experience!

• Finally, third party bookings are not allowed due to VRBO's Terms of Service. The person booking this room must be present at the home for the entire stay.
• Please check that you entered your guest count when submitting an inquiry or reservation (it should not be 1). Infants aged 1 and under do not count towards the guest count.
• Parties have additional fees and have limitations for size and time of day. Discuss your plans openly upon your first inquiry.
• Only guests on the reservation are allowed in the home during your stay unless you have opted for the party add-on.
• Only toilet paper may be flushed down the toilet. Wipes and other products must be placed in the trash can provided.
• An unplanned late check-out will be $50 per hour.
• One pet considered case-by-case. $100 pet fee.
