Pet Friendly Trailside Condo - includes bikes!

About this space
Relax and keep it simple at this peaceful yet centrally-located condo directly on the Tart Trail. Hop on one of our two provided bikes and head down to the beach to soak up the sun or ride the trail right into the heart of Traverse City to enjoy amazing restaurants, local shops and even more beaches. If seclusion is more your speed you can skip the hustle & bustle and stay on the trail for an easy, beautiful ride with stunning views around every bend!
The space
Each bedroom has a brand new Nectar king mattress, extra blankets & linens bedside lamps, 1 wireless charger and TV's .

Both bedrooms also have their own bathroom access through the closet (one shower and one bath tub). Each bathroom is stocked with cotton balls, q-tips, lotion, hairspray, shampoo/condition & body soap. Hair dryers are available in each bathroom as well as a few additional toiletry items that you may have forgotten to pack!

Two memory foam cots are located in each closet with bedding provided which can be rolled out into the living room and put away when not in use.

The closets also house additional pillows, towels, baby items (pack & play, bed bumpers and umbrella stroller), beach towels, vacuum and iron/ironing board.

The kitchen is stocked and ready to be used! Baking sheets, blender, hand mixer, pots/pans and crockpot are all available. Kids dishes are also on site. The fridge will hold basic condiments (Ketchup, Mustard & Mayo) and you will find a few spices at the ready! Dishwasher (a few pods included), double sink, in fridge water spout and toaster are also for use.

Coffee pot available with options for a full pot or individual K-cups. Tea kettle is also in the unit. A few bags of tea (Green & Black), K-cups and coffee filters are provided.

Dining room table can seat six and double as a great place to set up shop if you are working during your stay.

You have access to the full laundry in the unit and a few laundry pods will be provided

In the living room you will find some local magazines, games and books for both kids and adults!

All three TV's have ROKU and you will have the ability to log into your own streaming services and pick up where you left off! You will simply input your check out date and then you will be able to log into whatever streaming service you would like. When you check out, the TV will automatically log you out of all streaming services and will not save any information.

2 Schwinn bikes are provided in the second floor bicycle closet. There is also extra storage if you bring your own bike. A bike pump and lock are provided.

Guest access:
As a guest you have access to the entire 2 Bed/Bath condo unit as well as the 2nd floor bike closet and 4th floor common area.

Other things to note:
This condo is great for couples or small families, but this building is great for large groups or working conferences. Rent multiple condos with in the building and use the large gathering space on the 4th floor to have a daily conference or large group dinner. The group room has plenty of seating, lounge and dinning. Along with a fireplace and TV.

The Neighborhood:
The closest beach (Bryant Park) is about a 15 min walk (.7 miles) and has a restroom, playground and picnic area!

To walk into downtown Traverse City it would take about 35 mins (1.6 miles). You can walk on the Tart Trail or make your way through the quiet neighborhoods.

The closets grocery is Family Fare and that is about a 10 min walk (.4 miles). For all your Beer/Wine and Liquor needs, The Beverage Company is right up the road (.7 miles) and has the best selection in town! There are sidewalks on both sides of the street so if you choose to walk it would take about 15 mins.

Parking at the condo is free

You can get around town one of several ways:
-Hop on a bike and head west on the TART trail and make your way downtown Traverse City
-BATA is a local busing system available and you can find their route and scheduled on their website and in our welcome book.
-MyTaxi is a small local taxi service *number located in the welcome book once you arrive
-UBER or Lyft are also available
