Located on the penthouse 3rd level, it comes complete with a gourmet kitchen with Miele appliances, a SubZero refrigerator, and freezer, is fully furnished with glass walls and designer touches throughout.

The main living level features 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths, with a living room, dining table kitchen and oceanfront balcony with bar top seating. Take the spiral staircase to the rooftop 3rd bedroom and bath that sits higher than any surrounding building and offers amazing panoramic coastal views.

You can explore miles and miles of beaches along the oceanfront and bayfront boardwalks. Nearby are grass parks, beach shops, oceanfront restaurants, and Mission Bay is a 5-minute walk across the strand.
