Best 4th of July !!

Family celebrations brought us to the Hill Country for 6 days and somehow a motel just didn't fit the bill. The Hilltop Hideaway was a great decision and a wonderful find. Family lived close by and we got to take in all the local sites and visit many others. We enjoyed the relaxing stress free atmosphere and quiet environment after busy sight seeing days. Definitely on our list of places to visit again !!!

High School Friends Reunion.

We had a mini reunion of 6 high school friends. House was perfect for the group. Excellent kitchen to cook in, amazing deck and views. The birdwatching was excellent. The front yard space was great for hammock napping, cornhole, and shady hangout time. House was close to the Guadalupe River for tubing, took us less than 10 minutes to get to the outfitter. If you wanted to go to Whitewater Ampitheater, it’s very close.
