Great location for our needs

We were in town visiting family who live outside of Portland and this was just a place for us to crash at night. The space met our needs and the property manager was very responsive when we had questions before and during our stay. And the AC unit was very appreciated in the heat!

Good for one maybe two nights.

It looked like it did in the pictures. It’s a small house that would be good for a one or two night stay. There’s no washer and dryer and the bedroom and bathroom are very small and it can feel a bit claustrophobic. One of the kitchen chairs has a broken foot rest. The host is not good at responding at all. We had sent many messages to her because we had not received anything from her about check in. We drove in from another state so it was a bit stressful. We did not get a response until a few hours before. I also messaged asking about what the check out process was and never got a response. The floor was sticky, had quite a few dead bugs. Our feet got really dirty and covered in dog hair. Definitely don’t recommend going barefoot in the house. We also never got our security deposit back and we left it better than we found it with nothing we damaged.

Great Location

We stayed in this beautiful little house while visiting our son in Portland. So nice to be so close and not in the city. This location is also close to everything in Tigard. Thank you.
