Beach condo

It was a nice little condo, however the lighting could be better. We like to read & a lamp or 2 in the living room for evening reading would be a nice addition.

Nice location

If you are looking for a view, this is the place to be. It has all of the amenities you could possibly need for a short stay. The balcony looks right at the water. It was a little confusing finding the unit but after multiple staircases I found the one that took us to the unit. I deducted a star only because the couch and bed were not super comfortable, which I could have got over but the water does not get hot. It is warm, but not warm enough for a comfortable shower. The bunk beds were actually pretty comfortable, as I did nap there one afternoon.

Topsail trip

Our short little topsail trip was wonderful the area we’ve never stayed in before, but absolutely fell in love with the area. We will now be having multiple trips this year back to topsail due to how nice the area and the beach was..

Beautiful

The condo was beautiful and had everything you needed in the kitchen equipped for cooking. The communication with the owners could be better but other than that everything else was beautiful 💜 and we had a wonderful time

Beautiful beaches without the crowds

I LOVE Topsail. If you are looking for a place less touristy than Wilmington this is it. The condo had a great view of the beach without the crowds. A quick 10-minute drive if you are looking for restaurants or (if you are like me) the condo is stocked with cookware so you don't need to leave. The owner was quick to respond to any of my questions.
