The home lies within The St. Regis Bahia Beach Resort, Puerto Rico. BBR is one of the most luxurious resorts on the island. With some restrictions, you can access the St. Regis Hotel amenities.
Gracias for your interest in my home. My house is not part of the hotel. Instead, it’s an independent structure within the campus. While the campus - as outlined below - offers a multitude of amenities, the hotel offers similar amenities. As a residential golf community, the home is both minimalistic and modern in architecture. Casa Hermosa at St. Regis Bahia Beach Resort consists of five bedrooms, with six full bathrooms. With approximately 6,189 square feet of covered AC space, +1,900 sqft of outdoor terraces, in addition to +4,700 sqft of lawn, the house helps to fulfill more comfort than a hotel room. Plus, you have a private infinity pool for your enjoyment.

This home lies in Las Estancias complex, an exclusive ocean-front residency situated only a short walk away from the beach and pool. Casa Hermosa guests enjoy full access to the resort amenities, which include the Beach Club, Golf Club, an 18-hole Robert Trent Jones Jr. Golf Course, Gym, Tennis Club, Lake-house with water sports, and 483 acres of gated pristine maritime forest. Casa Hermosa is an impeccably designed modern beachfront luxury home located in Puerto Rico’s most exclusive residential community, The St Regis Hotel and Resort (five-star), is enclaved in the privacy of ~500 acres of lush Audubon-certified maritime forest and gardens. Casa Hermosa is part of the Bahia Beach Refined Luxury Rental Program, which includes - at an addition cost - the daily resort fee, daily cleaning, a 4-person golf cart, and a dedicated concierge for the duration of the reservation.

IN PERSON CHECK-IN REQUIRED: The guest who made and paid for the reservation must be present during check-in and will be required to present an ID that matches the name on the reservation and the credit card that was used to make the payment. Check-in times are Monday through Saturday 4 pm to 8 pm. Arrivals outside of this time must be consulted with us prior to making the reservation.

Check-in times are Monday through Sunday 5 pm to 8 pm. Arrivals outside of this time must be consulted with us. Every effort will be made to show flexibility.

Activities and Adventures
The Boathouse offers equipment and gear for lake adventures and activities, including biking, fishing, kayaking and more. Have thrilling experiences at the beach, family adventures and unique ways to stay fit. Enjoy kite surfing, windsurfing, skim-boarding, ocean paddle boarding, ocean kayaking and beach volleyball. Rentals and lessons are available upon request.

Sand Dollar Beach

Restaurants and Entertainment
There are five different restaurants located on the property that vary from fine dining to beachside grill. The guests will have access to three pools. The members pool and St. Regis offer full service with drinks and dining options. See note below e.g., hotel access)

Other things to note
Golf cart rental is offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Four-seater golf carts are $65 per day while six-seater are $85. Each guest can secure the golf cart rental with me. Also, we offer airport transportation for one to eleven passengers. In the case you rent a vehicle, you will have two parking spots offered at no cost.

Resort Fees
Mandatory resort fees are $99 plus IVU (11.5%) per day per group of guests assigned to the villa. This cost is independent to the nightly rate. Note that only guests assigned to the villa will be granted resort passes and as a result have access to the resort grounds. Guests are not permitted to have visitors.

Important Announcement
The St. Regis Hotel has the right to admission and their main priority to serve are their guests. The hotel will begin reenforcing their occupancy guidelines. If the hotel is 70% of higher in occupancy, reservations and the use of the hotel facilities will only be available to hotel guests.
