Welcome to your tropical oasis on Singer Island! This stunning 3/2 house is the perfect getaway for cruise ship goers, remote workers, and more! Lounge by the pool & soak up the Florida sun. Take a short walk/ride to the beach for a day of fun in the sand. Located near Peanut Island, Jupiter, and Downtown WPB. Visit John MacArthur Park, & Rapids Water Park. Whether you're looking for a relaxing vacation or a productive work trip, our home is the perfect place to call yours. Book your stay today! The platform requires we list the details of the stay in advance of your booking so we’re all on the same page. In order to receive an awesome & as expected stay please read this property information to make sure it's a right fit for your entire group BEFORE booking.

Our primary suite, complete with king bed, workspace, and entertainment center with TV, has access to the pool and patio area. The living room has a modern yet cozy feel and includes a large sectional sofa, a TV with streaming services. The second bedroom, with queen bed, has a tropical vibe and is located next to the pool exit. The third bedroom has contemporary touches. All rooms are bright, airy, and hygienic. The secondary bathroom is modern and bright. Our stainless steel-themed kitchen has Whirlpool appliances and is stocked with basic essentials, spices, and utensils. The bar stand has cocktail making tools and glasses for 21+.

HOUSE MANUAL NO SMOKING: This is a non-smoking property, inside & out. There is not enough time between guests to air out a smoke smelling house so you will be charged a minimum of $500 in addition to any interruption in our bookings should you choose to break this rule.

ALL GUESTS MUST BE ON RESERVATION: No non-disclosed guests or animals are permitted on the property. Doing do is grounds for immediate termination of your stay & w/out refund in addition to a $100 fee per extra person.

Our outside property has HOME SECURITY CAMERAS that record at each entry point. If any of these cameras are moved or blocked by guests your booking will be canceled without refund. There are no cameras inside the house.

GRILL: is available for your use & at your risk as long as you agree to put it out before walking away & never leave it unattended.

PRIMARY SHOWER:
The primary bedroom’s bathroom shower water temperature is opposite. The C side for cold represents the hot water, and the H side for hot represents the cold water. The temperatures are flipped. Just a quick fyi!

PRIMARY BEDROOM:
The primary bed frame + mattress box is a king sized bed. Although, it’s a combination of 2 double mattresses together under a foam mattress cover. Fitted sheet, and other bedding.
The bed is comfy & firm for a great sleeping experience!

CHILDREN:
The house is not childproof AT ALL - please see photos and ask any questions prior to booking. By booking with us caregiver accepts 100% liability for safety.

NOISE:
Aside from the outside nature, this is a peaceful neighborhood so please be respectful of that while those around you do get to live in paradise, they have to work here too :)
This is a perfect location for a family or work vacation, not parties. If neighbors complain of loud or rowdy gatherings your booking with be canceled without refund. Keeping in mind we have a local noise ordinance that requires no noise after 10pm.

By booking with us you agree to these terms & agree that your booking cost will not be refunded by the platform should any of these rules be broken & your stay is canceled.

PLEASE be considerate & remove sandy or wet shoes before entering the house & leave them outside. A hose is provided in the front of the house by the driveway to rinse things off.

PLENTY OF ON SITE PARKING:
There is enough space to park 2-3 cars on the property, if your bringing a boat, RV or trailer & multiple cars please inquire before requesting to book to make sure there is room.

Please don’t park on the street & block the trash/recycling pick ups on Wed mornings, because trash is to be left out on Tuesday nights.

BEACH ACCESSORIES
We are happy to provide an assortment of beach gear and two coolers. PLEASE be considerate & rinse off before bringing them back and remove sandy or wet shoes before entering the house. You can leave them outside the door to dry. A hose is provided at the front door by the driveway to rinse things off.

CLEANING

Prior to check out there a few things needed to be completed before your exit.

Post reservation prep:
Due to the lower cleaning fee for stays, we’d appreciate if guests tidy after themselves. This preps the home for our cleaning team & keeps our fees low for guests. We’ll list bullet points of all the check-out preparation.

Although, if you’ve decided that you’d prefer our full cleaning service or the home wasnt left in prep condition for our team then we will charge an additional fee of $45 for long term guests and $35 for short term guests.

• Wash any dishes/pots/utensils used either by hand/dishwasher.

• Ensure any countertop food, spills, or residue is cleaned.

• Clean used stove top of any messes, grease, burnt on food, and residue with some liquid soap + stove stop cleaner/polish.

• Clean/empty used appliances: coffee maker, microwave, toaster etc

• Any unopened packaged food can remain in the fridge otherwise opened food and leftovers must be thrown away.

• Strip used bedding of decorative throw, duvet cover, bed sheet, fitted sheet, and pillow cases. Leave bedding on top of the bed.

• All used/wet towels and rags must be placed in their respective bathrooms and can be left inside the bathtub/shower.

• Pick up any trash/waste left around the home and bundle trash bin bags from the restrooms, and kitchen trash bin. Place all trash bags in the back exterior or the home - towards the side you will find a garbage can and recycling bins.

• Ensure toilets are flushed, and hygienic messes in the restroom areas are cleaned using our cleaning products or tools.

• Place all pool toys, games, chairs, and decor back in their respective locations.

• Ensure living room blinds are rolled up, windows are closed, tvs/lights are off, and doors are locked.

Cleaning and tidying after your visit this will help keep our cleaning fees lower than standard.

No moving furniture without putting it back in exact place it was found.

DOGS/PETS
There is currently a no pet policy. Although, there are instances where we will accommodate service animals for guests who have accessibility needs. Please send us a direct inquiry for more information on this policy.

LIGHT SWITCHES
Please leave the light switches for the hallways as they are. Lights can be controlled by the main light switch area for the house that is next to the entrance and between the slider doors. This has options for outside lights, pool lights, and hallway lights. You can find the living room light switch located in the living room behind the couch. We do have labels for each light switch that indicate the use.

The second bedroom has a locked owners closet (utility closet) with extra supplies - these are not for guest use & it should not be tampered with in any way.

BUGS
Your walking distance from the water so mosquitos and other small bugs may be present. The city sprays, we have pest control maintenance like most FL residents but bug spray will still be needed in FL. Keep the door & windows shut at ALL times (EVEN for a minute while loading things in or out) & food in containers. Close up the house as they will quickly come in. We will provide no refund or adjustments for any bugs. Feel free to open windows w/ screens in them if you prefer fresh air instead of AC but never open windows w/out screens.

Landscape, property maintenance providers, or our pool service may show up on your visit and should be expected without notice. Pest control comes monthly & will need inside the house. We use a non-harmful to humans or pets service.

CHECK IN is regularly scheduled between 4:00pm-2:00am on the day of reservation. We are flexible with the check in period. It may vary as we may be able to accommodate an earlier check in time for guests.

CHECKOUT is at 10:00am. Staying beyond this effects work schedules for turnovers & preparation time for next guests. Without prior approval for a late checkout, guests will pay the base rate for an additional day w/out keeping possession of the rental. Beyond 2 hours late 2 days will be charged.

Most of this is common knowledge, but there is a reason we need to write these things in this section. We aim to give guests a clear description of what to expect so the only surprises you have are good ones! I am available if you have questions & usually just a message away if you need anything.
