3 bed, 3 bath home sleeping 13 in the popular Sandy Beach subdivision. First row beach views from all angles! Partially covered deck with furniture to sit out and relax on the deck while watching the waves crash along the shoreline. Fully stocked kitchen including keurig coffee maker, blender and crockpot. Farm house table seats 10 and island seats 6. This property features wifi, full streaming cable on all SmartTVs, full size washer and dryer, Pac-N-Play and an ironing board. The master bedroom features a King bed with an ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2 features a Queen bed and 2 Double beds. Bedroom 3 features 2 Queen beds and 2 Double beds. TVs in every bedroom! Downstairs area features palapa tiki bar, outdoor shower, foot wash, running sink and a charcoal grill.

NO PETS are allowed. All Swede’s Real Estate vacation rentals are NON-SMOKING properties.

I will be more careful in the future when i book because the whole linen situation with this property was a nightmare. Not only did they cost us an ADDITIONAL 150.00 but we had to wait for them to be delivered, put them on ourselves, and strip the beds before we left and put all the linens by door along with cleaning up before we left. The bath mats and floors were disgusting and the property is at BEST poorly maintained. Beautiful house that i feel is going to waste when it comes to whomever is doing a half ass job with taking care of it.

Outstanding Experience!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Atocha was awesome! My family and I enjoyed the close proximity to the beach, the open floor plan, the beautiful furnishings, the cleanliness of the house as well as outside the house, and every little detail - like the foot wash downstairs! The outdoor kitchen made meal preparations easy. Also, the Swede's Team was fantastic! 'Super accommodating, responsive, and professional!

Wonderful time!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Atocha was such a great place and would highly recommend! We had 3 families so each family got their own bathroom. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room and also a futon if needed. It was very clean and comfortable. It is so close to the beach that we walked most of time. We would definitely stay here again!
