The stay was below average. I thought the room was very small. There's no access to the beach as it's mostly privately owned. The fire alarms went off three times in my weekend stay (once in the middle of the night). I will say the owner was very helpful and apologized for the fire alarm inconvenience. Unfortunately, she never offered to provide (even a very small) credit for the annoyance of the alarms. I would have greatly appreciated that.

Host was wonderful. Location was magnificent. Very close to beach, to shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect Location!

We loved the old hotel and its location. We could walk to many things! Including the beach! The unit is small but delightful! We spent a lot of our lounging time downstairs on the veranda because you could watch the street life from comfortable sofas and enjoy a wonderful sea breeze!

Walk to eveything

Though compact, it has everything you need and can walk to everything; beach access, restaurants, cafe, even a national grocer all located on the street. This is the heart of Palm Beach. Drove to West Palm, Boca’s Deerfield Beach, and even Miami. Great trip.

West Palm Gem

The location was a 5 minute drive to many restaurants, several restaurants were in walking distance. The condo had everything needed. It was our 1st trip to WestPalm but will not be our last. Everyone was polite, friendly & helpful.West Palm is a “ Must See” city!!

Room great. Bathroom a problem. No hot water, water fixtures ,too COMPLICATED and the worst problem slippery tub. NEED SOME GRIPS IN TUB. I ALMOST FELL AND AM ON BLOOD THINNER. HEAD INJURIES SCARY.

Cute but odd smell

The location of this place was great and listing was as explained but there was a distinct animal urine smell in the unit that we could not get rid of despite opening windows and using febreeze. Not ideal given its small size.

Your facility is not fit for purpose.You should not be allowedto advertise such a horrible room on your website.It was our first time booking through VRBO and we willnot recommend you to our friends.

The photos were exactly like the room. My wife really enjoyed the eclectic/fun decor. The A/C worked great, we kept it at 80 degrees at night. The pink tub was eye-catching and a change from the everyday. Elevator access was easy, however we took the stairs. We are traveling all over Florida so having too many suitcases can make the room tight otherwise all was great. The terrace overlooking Sunrise Street was fun in the evenings. We were able to take food & wine & relax watching the activity. The pool area was beautiful & very relaxing. Check in at the front desk & remember to check out when you leave. Just a few steps away was Publics with a vast wine selection. There was also Amici Deli close by (walking) offering freshly prepared foods as well as cold salads. We ordered a pizza which was huge and, not really the best. The crust was great but the toppings ample but the sauce was sparse making the pizza dry & lacking flavor :(There were plenty of restaurants within walking distance most were . Public beach access is a few blocks to walk (no parking). The owner has a nicely prepared book that fills you in on a lot of items. Parking on Sunrise was free after 5pm until 8:59am the next morning. If you need parking reach out to the owner. Cheers!
