PREMIÈRE LOCATIE, locatie, locatie ..... Gelegen aan de Arizona Biltmore Circle en ligt het dichtst bij het Arizona Biltmore Resort en bij het Adobe Golf Clubhuis en restaurants .. Gelegen aan de 9e hole van The Links Golf Course met uitzicht op de Adobe Golf Course. U kunt gemakkelijk (minder dan 10 treden) aan de overkant lopen naar het Adobe Golf Club House and Restaurant. Het luxe Arizona Biltmore Resort is ook slechts een korte wandeling (ongeveer 50 treden) met lekker eten en winkels. "The Palacio" in Biltmore Estates op de Arizona Biltmore Circle is drie huizen verderop. Phoenix Point of Pride Wrigley Mansion ligt op de heuvel boven het landgoed met een spectaculair uitzicht op het centrum van Phoenix en de vallei in alle richtingen. The Perfect Location

What a wonderful place to stay—perfect for two adults. Restaurants, the Biltmore, walking paths are close at hand, and the on-site host is helpful but not intrusive. We thoroughly enjoyed our two-week stay and will definitely rent this place again.

Beautiful property, walking distance to the Arizona Biltmore.

We had a wonderful stay in the Guest Quarters! Everything was so clean and well decorated. Great for the two of us with plenty of room in the living area. Jo Anne was the perfect hostess and we’ll definitely be back!

A Second Visit

This is our second stay at this location and once again it fulfilled all of our expectations. The area is full of things to do, the accomodations are great for two adults, and the host is very helpful. We will be back next year.

Very nice area and home

Worked out very well for the two of us. It would only work for a couple as it is relatively small, but very nice quarters. Joanne was very good host, checking in several times during our stay to make sure we had bosses or needs.

Biltmore Stay

We had an amazing time staying at the Guest house. We hiked several days, golfed and attended business meetings at the Biltmore. Amazing location, walkable to the canal trails, resort and short drive to everything else. The greatest part of the stay is the house and the host. The host is beyond word outstanding. We will be back!

Wonderful accommodations on private gated property across from restaurant and 2 golf courses. Nicely decorated and cleanest VRBO I've ever stayed in. Biltmore area has anything entertainment related. Host Joanne was great and anticipated everything you need. Going back next year

Could not be better

This property is everything described in its VRBO presentation and deserves the praise found in all previous reviews. Mrs, Rosensteel gave us a warm welcome and a thorough orientation. The place, albeit, slightly small, filled all our needs and its location made us feel that we were in the lap of luxury, as indeed we were.
