Great location, nice townhouse

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was very clean. There was damage to the outside screen when we arrived so I let management know and it was taken care of very quickly. The bed in the primary was ok but, in my opinion, the mattress on the main floor should be changed. I personally have back issues and would not have been able to have slept on it. Otherwise, all was great!!!

Reviewer Comments: We stayed at 7666 sir Kaufmann, we have been staying at Windsor Hills for our winter break vacation since 2016 and since our last host sold we decided to try Vacation Central Florida. From booking to final check out this was the best experience we’ve had. The host was extremely responsive and helpful and the town home was everything plus more than we expected. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. We will be definitely booking again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had an issue with the air. Was offered the option to change to another townhome almost instantly. Air started working 30 min later, so we decided to stay. Air was completely fixed the next morning. Air is set to 74 or 75. Owner has to fix that for you if you need it cooler like we did. The couches are quite small. I’m only 5’2 115 lbs, and I felt like I was sitting in youth furniture. The owner was very responsive, which made up for any small issue we had. Great location.
