Our charming 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom cottage is the perfect base for exploring the area, with nearby bike trails leading you to spectacular destinations such as Red Rocks Canyon, downtown Colorado Springs, and the world-famous Garden of the Gods.

A warm ambiance and inviting atmosphere will welcome you into our home. From the gas firepit, grill, and tasteful decor, you will have everything here for your stay away from home. Our delightful cottage home is packed with cozy comforts and outdoor amenities to make your stay truly memorable. Whether preparing a quick breakfast or hosting a festive barbecue, the dining area provides a welcoming space to enjoy culinary creations. Imagine sipping a glass of wine while the crackling firepit sets the mood for unforgettable conversations on the back patio with ambiance lighting overhead.

Outdoor recreational opportunities are abundant in this area with Garden of the Gods right up the road and Pikes Peak Region nearby. Manitou Springs, Red Rocks Open Space, The Stratton Open Space, Cheyenne Cañon, the Broadmoor & The Cheyenne Mountain Zoo are all less than a ten-minute drive from our home. Our home is close to many trailers for a biker's paradise!

This home is pet friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs max and the pet fee is $40/day (for a max $250 per stay).

old Colorado city stay

My husband & I came to visit my son. We chose this place because it was only a block away and looked cute from the photos. There was some confusion between us about the correct number to contact in case of problems. The host did refund us for one night of our stay because of this. The main problem was the cleanliness. House super clean except for the dog hair, it was bad. We finally were able to let them know and they are working out the problem. This is a new rental so we would give it another shot on our next visit. Place is super cute but small. 1-2 people max. It is a good location if you want to see Old Colorado City.
