This is a spacious home built in the 50's when things were built to last. She has a fully fenced yard with parking for multiple cars and even a boat! With groceries, food shops and a Liquor store within a minutes walk you'll fall in love with how close you are but how peaceful the house can be.
Guest access
Here you have access to the whole property. The main floor is your living area. With entry at the front and rear of the house you can access from the street or the carport in the alley. The basement is unfinished, and very open with storage for bikes, canoes, or anything of value that you want locked away.
