Kom en geniet van dit huis aan het water gelegen op 8 hectare grond aan het prachtige Lake Oconee. Gelegen in Greensboro, GA, slechts 80 mijl ten oosten van Atlanta, 40 mijl ten zuidoosten van Athene (de thuisbasis van de Georgia Bulldogs) en op slechts 15 minuten van zowel het historische centrum van Greensboro en Madison. Deze accommodatie ligt op een geweldige locatie in White Oaks Planation met een geweldig uitzicht!

Bij het betreden van de lange en beboste oprijlaan, voelt u de privacy en rust van dit majestueuze meer uitje. De begane grond heeft een open plattegrond met een volledige woonkeuken die uitkomt op een zonnige woonkamer en een formele eetkamer. Het omvat ook de slaapkamer, poeder kamer en wasruimte. De grote zonnige meester heeft openslaande deuren naar de patio met uitzicht op het meer. Het heeft een kingsize bed, inloopkast en een grote eigen badkamer met dubbele wastafel en dubbele hoofddouche. Een muur van ramen biedt uitzicht vanaf bijna elke stoel in het huis.

Het bovenste niveau heeft een grote grote kamer met gewelfde plafonds en is geweldig om films te kijken, games te spelen, een boek te lezen of gewoon te ontspannen. De grote zaal bevat ook een nieuwe (toegevoegd in januari 2013!) pooltafel en ping pong tafelblad !!! Vier slaapkamers (1 king, 2 queen en 4 twin (2 stapelbedden sets - alleen voor kinderen)) en twee volledige badkamers op de bovenste verdieping. Beide badkamers komen samen in alle slaapkamers in Jack- en Jill-stijl, waardoor privacy wordt geboden. Dit huis is geschikt voor meer dan één familie of slechts een paar op zoek naar een uitje om te ontspannen.

Extra functies zijn onder meer max. Eigen aanlegsteiger en zwemgedeelte, privébootlancering in onderverdeling, groot terras met tuinmeubilair, accommodatie heeft toegang tot Oconee National Forest trail head om te wandelen, basketbalring, een hectare tuin om te spelen (ideaal voor een familie voetbalwedstrijd! ) en een groot uitzicht op het meer aan de achterkant van het huis. Service voor twaalf (12) inclusief beddengoed voor alle bedden, badhanddoeken en serviesgoed. Er is voldoende ruimte om te spreiden. Dit huis biedt comfortabel plaats aan 8 volwassenen en 4 kinderen.

Great home in a great location. Plenty of space for the family and my grandson to run around.We loved the lake and the home had plenty of games/toys/amenities for the littles. Host was very accommodating and communication with him/her was immediate.

Perfect Lake House

We had a wonderful stay with family. The game room, paddleboards & kayaks were lots of fun. All games and tables are in great condition. The view from the house is absolutely amazing. We had to communicate about a few small items and the hosts were very responsive and kind Highly recommend this home.

Fantastic house with amazing views. Comfortably slept six adults for weekend attending UGA football game. Only 40 minutes to Athens. Grill, fire pit, and back patio are already being missed. Will be back next fall!

The house is fabulous with a cleanliness level that is well above par. It is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed and more. My family enjoyed the fishing. Perfect for our group!!

The house is great, the property is great, it was perfect four our high school group of 10 teens and 2 adults. The students loved the open area upstairs to socialize, watch movies, and play pool and ping pong. Highly recommend!!

Better than the listing!

This was our "home" for a family wedding at a local venue. It was in a great location, beautifully and completely furnished, and the grounds were fantastic. So much room in and out of the house-- lots of "toys" and a hot tub! Highly recommended-- thanks for a wonderful weekend making lifetime memories!

Family Time

Our stay at this home was amazing. The lake view was outstanding. The home had a warm atmosphere and much space for the entire family. We really enjoyed the kitchen area, which had two ovens, two sinks and very spacious. The entire house had so much space and the game/ family room upstairs was amazing. The area was very quiet. Overall outstanding home!!

Amazingly peaceful!

I brought my family of 11 to this house. It was everything it was advertised to be. It was so peaceful you felt like you had the entire lake to yourself. The outdoor spaces were so great for relaxing and letting the kids play. We had one small glitch and it was handled immediately. I would definitely consider coming back again for our next family adventure!

I must say this place is as advertised. It was my first VRBO stay. The host is very communicative, the property is clean and extremely spacious. The view from the massive property couldn’t be better and it’s amazing how quiet it is. Everything you need is there, so check before you go to the store (I didn’t LOL). It would be a great place for a wedding. I’d stay again or recommend to anyone.

Beautiful house and beautiful getaway

We had a fantastic time at this VRBO. We had 5 small kids with us and they were entertained the whole time. The playground, lake view and property was just amazing and enough space in the house to fit two big families. If there was any problem, the owners responded quickly and did what they could to fix it. The king bed mattress upstairs was uncomfortable but they ordered a new one. The only issue we really couldn’t resolve was bad WiFi with so many people trying to be on it at once but in the end it worked out with us all basically having to unplug for the week. I would definitely come again, we had a great time. Thanks for a great stay!

From the moment we arrived, this place felt like home. We spent the 4th of July weekend here with two families—a total of 10 people, with kids ranging from 18 months to 18 years old—and it couldn't have been a better fit.Everyone had their own space to relax, yet there were so many comfortable, inviting areas where we naturally gathered to cook, laugh, play games, and simply enjoy being together. The home is beautiful, the property is gorgeous, and every detail made it feel warm and welcoming.Some of our favorite memories from the weekend were made right here, and that's the true sign of a special place. It gave us the perfect setting to unplug, reconnect, and celebrate together.We're so grateful we found this home and wouldn't hesitate to book it again. If you're looking for a place that's spacious, cozy, and perfect for making lasting family memories, this is it. We can't wait to come back!

We had a great stay with very comfortable facilities and lots to do. Our only issue was a rental boat. They did not want us to go under the bridges to get to the house from the marina.

Great house

Stayed with a large group of family and friends. The house is great, well stocked. Lots of space inside and outside, lots to do. Lake here is quiet and shallow, good for swimming, paddle boarding, kayaking. Owners are responsive if any issues. Wi-fi is spotty and unreliable. This is not a good place on the lake if you have a boat and want to ski/wakeboard, etc.

Wonderful stay on the lake

We were a group of 11 ranging in age from 2 to 75 and had the most perfect stay here. The property was exactly as described, and the owner was easy to communicate with. They had everything we could possibly want, including kid toys and books, kayaks and stand up paddle boards, coffee filters, and plentiful firewood! Tons of land to play on and a swing for everyone (front yard swing, porch swing, tire swing, and swing set!). We are already talking about planning next summer’s vacation!

Relaxing in Lake Life

We had the best family vacation staying at this beautiful home. House was so easy to “live in” everything we needed was accessible. Lake was gorgeous. Morning coffee in the backyard and s’mores in the evening. Great setup for all ages. Even took a nap on the porch swing. Owners were responsive and helpful with our stay. You can tell they care about their guests experience. Thank you!

Fantastic stay

A beautiful property and a beautiful home! We loved having access to all of the kayaks to enjoy the lake. The home had plenty to keep us all busy and comfortable, and the kids loved the indoor and outdoor toys, ping pong and air hockey. A great and relaxing stay, we would love to come back again next year!
